Khalid Ali Al Kharafi & Bros. Co is seeking an experienced Architectural Engineer for our KGOC project.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in architectural engineering

• Expertise in architectural design, detailing, and site supervision

• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams on industrial or oil & gas projects

• Knowledge of construction standards, codes, and QA/QC procedures

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage architectural site activities

• Ensure work execution aligns with approved drawings and specifications

• Coordinate with civil, MEP, and other engineering teams

• Monitor progress and report to project management

• Review and approve architectural deliverables and documentation

المتطلبات:

• خبرة 15+ سنة في الهندسة المعمارية

• خبرة في التصميم المعماري، التفاصيل، والإشراف الميداني

• خبرة في التنسيق مع فرق متعددة التخصصات في المشاريع الصناعية أو مشاريع النفط والغاز

• معرفة بمعايير البناء، الأكواد، وإجراءات الجودة QA/QC

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• الإشراف وإدارة الأنشطة الميدانية المعمارية

• التأكد من تنفيذ الأعمال وفق الرسومات والمواصفات المعتمدة

• التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة المدنية والكهربائية والميكانيكية

• متابعة التقدم وإبلاغ إدارة المشروع

• مراجعة واعتماد المخرجات والوثائق المعمارية
