Responsibilities

• ERP Governance: (D365 Consultant) Take functional ownership of the ERP ecosystem, driving process improvements across Finance and Supply Chain while ensuring HR & Payroll modules comply with local labor laws.

• Architectural Oversight: (Senior Architectural Engineer) Manage architectural site activities for the KGOC Project, ensuring site execution aligns perfectly with approved multidisciplinary drawings and high-level QA/QC procedures.

• Technical Modeling: (Tekla Draftsman) Prepare high-precision shop, fabrication, and GA drawings for structural steel. Coordinate with factory teams to minimize rework and revise models based on site-specific feedback.

• Material Stewardship: (Storekeeper) Manage the receipt, inspection, and issuance of heavy steel materials at our Shuaiba facility. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure safe storage practices in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: * Senior Architectural Engineer: 15+ years of extensive experience, preferably in industrial or oil & gas sectors.

  • D365 Consultant: 5–7 years of functional experience; knowledge of construction or project-based industries is a plus.

  • Tekla Draftsman: 4–5 years of mastery in Tekla Structures and structural steel detailing.

  • Storekeeper: 3+ years in warehouse operations, specifically with steel or construction materials.

• Technical Mastery: Expertise in relevant software (AutoCAD, Tekla, Microsoft Dynamics 365) and deep knowledge of international construction standards and codes.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical thinking, high-level stakeholder management, and a proactive mindset toward operational challenges.

• Location: Candidates for Storekeeper and D365 roles must be currently in Kuwait. Tekla Draftsman role is open to global candidates willing to relocate.

• الخبرة المهنية:
