Vendor Management Officer (Banking Sector)

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Onboarding & Due Diligence :
• Conduct initial and periodic due diligence on new and existing vendors. 
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, IT Security, and Procurement to ensure regulatory compliance. 
• Verify vendor documentation including licenses, certifications, and financial reports. 

• Facilitate vendor registration and onboarding processes.

Sr Engineer - Banking Operation and Corporate Applications

Responsibilities:

• Handle applications Installation and configuration within the bank. 
• Participate in applications development (whenever is required), project implementation and post implementation support.
• Handle tasks related to applications administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and remediation of the issues assigned to them.↚
• Take ownership of technical issues, performance issues, report them to vendor, regular follow up with vendor, get the fixes, and follow the process of testing and deploying on production.

مسؤول إدارة الموردين (القطاع المصرفي)

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• إجراءات تسجيل الموردين والتحقق من بياناتهم:
• إجراء الفحص النافي للجهالة الأولي والدوري على الموردين الجدد والحاليين. 
• التنسيق مع الإدارات القانونية وإدارة المخاطر والامتثال وأمن تكنولوجيا المعلومات والمشتريات لضمان الامتثال التنظيمي. 
• تحقق من وثائق المورد بما في ذلك التراخيص والشهادات والتقارير المالية. 

• تسهيل عمليات تسجيل الموردين وإلحاقهم بالعمل.

مهندس أول - العمليات المصرفية وتطبيقات الشركات

المسؤوليات:

• التعامل مع تثبيت التطبيقات وتكوينها داخل البنك. 
• المشاركة في تطوير التطبيقات (كلما دعت الحاجة)، وتنفيذ المشاريع، وتقديم الدعم بعد التنفيذ.
• التعامل مع المهام المتعلقة بإدارة التطبيقات ومراقبتها واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها ومعالجة المشكلات الموكلة إليهم.
• تحمل مسؤولية المشكلات التقنية، ومشكلات الأداء، وقم بالإبلاغ عنها إلى المورد، وتابع الأمر بانتظام مع المورد، واحصل على الإصلاحات، واتبع عملية الاختبار والنشر في بيئة الإنتاج.
