Drive Operational Excellence: Maintenance Manager Opportunity at Safir Hotels & Resorts

Join the prestigious Safir Hotels & Resorts family in Doha. We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Maintenance Manager to lead our engineering and facilities department. • Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Technical Oversight: Manage all corrective and work-order repairs for mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration systems.

• Diagnostics & Root-Cause Analysis: Diagnose complex equipment breakdowns and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

• CMMS Optimization: Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders, asset history, and resource allocation.

• Preventive Maintenance (PM): Plan and execute comprehensive PM schedules to ensure equipment longevity and operational continuity.

• Contractor Management: Supervise and coordinate external contractors and vendors for specialist repairs, inspections, and major overhauls.

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with HSE standards, including lockout/tagout (LOTO), confined space entry, and PPE protocols.

• Project Support: Assist in equipment commissioning, technical specifications, and procurement for new installations and facility projects.

• Operational Reporting: Prepare detailed daily and monthly maintenance reports, KPIs, and dashboards for management review.

• Administrative Management: Maintain accurate spare parts inventory, manage labor costs, and oversee duty rosters and payroll submissions.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: Extensive experience in a senior maintenance or engineering leadership role, preferably within the hospitality sector.

• Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and fire-life-safety systems.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with local safety checks and regulatory compliance tasks.

• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage technical teams and coordinate multiple vendors simultaneously.

• Location: Candidates must be current residents of Qatar (Doha).

المسؤوليات

• الإشراف الفني: إدارة كافة عمليات الإصلاح الميكانيكية، الكهربائية، السباكة، أنظمة التكييف (HVAC)، والتبريد.

• التشخيص وتحليل الأسباب: تشخيص الأعطال المعقدة وتنفيذ إجراءات تصحيحية لضمان عدم تكرار المشكلات الفنية.

• تحسين نظام CMMS: إدارة نظام إدارة الصيانة المحوسب لتتبع أوامر العمل، وسجل الأصول، وتوزيع الموارد.

• الصيانة الوقائية (PM): تخطيط وتنفيذ جداول شاملة للصيانة الوقائية لضمان إطالة عمر المعدات واستمرارية العمل.

• إدارة المقاولين: الإشراف على المقاولين والموردين الخارجيين وتنسيق مهامهم في الإصلاحات المتخصصة وعمليات الفحص الكبرى.

• السلامة والامتثال: ضمان توافق كافة الأنشطة مع معايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE)، بما في ذلك إجراءات العزل (LOTO) ومعدات الوقاية الشخصية.

• دعم المشاريع: المساعدة في تشغيل المعدات الجديدة، ووضع المواصفات الفنية، والمشاركة في عمليات الشراء للمشاريع الإنشائية.

• التقارير التشغيلية: إعداد تقارير صيانة يومية وشهرية تفصيلية، ومتابعة مؤشرات الأداء (KPIs) لعرضها على الإدارة.

• الإدارة الإدارية: الحفاظ على مستويات مخزون قطع الغيار، ومراقبة التكاليف، وإدارة جداول الدوام وكشوف المرتبات.

المتطلبات

• الخبرة المهنية: خبرة قيادية واسعة في إدارة الصيانة أو الهندسة، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاع الفنادق.

• الإتقان التقني: معرفة عميقة بالأنظمة الكهربائية والميكانيكية وأنظمة السلامة ومكافحة الحريق.

• المعرفة التنظيمية: دراية تامة بإجراءات الفحص الدوري والامتثال للوائح المحلية.
