Responsibilities

• Specialized Clinical Oversight: (Registrars) Lead diagnostic and therapeutic processes within your respective specialty, ensuring advanced patient management and adherence to clinical protocols.

• Geriatric & Home Care: (General Practitioner) Provide comprehensive medical care to elderly patients, managing chronic conditions and acute needs within a home-care setting with empathy and precision.

• Nursing Excellence: (Dental Nurses) Assist in complex dental procedures, ensuring sterile environments and providing exceptional pre- and post-operative support to patients.

• Data Integrity: (Medical Coder) Utilize localized expertise to translate clinical procedures into accurate medical codes, ensuring compliance with Kuwaiti healthcare regulations and insurance standards.

• Diagnostic Accuracy: (Lab Registrars) Supervise complex biochemical and microbiological analyses to support critical clinical decision-making across all hospital departments.

Requirements

• Education & Licensing: Relevant medical degree and specialized certifications; candidates must be eligible for or hold a valid license from the Kuwait Ministry of Health (MOH).

• Experience: Proven professional experience in the respective field; for the Medical Coder position, local Kuwait experience is mandatory.

• Specialization: General Practitioners must demonstrate specific expertise in Geriatric care or Home-care services.

• Communication: Exceptional bilingual communication skills (Arabic and English) and a dedicated patient-first approach.

المسؤوليات

• الإشراف الإكلينيكي: (المسجلين) قيادة العمليات التشخيصية والعلاجية ضمن التخصص، وضمان الإدارة المتقدمة للمرضى والالتزام بالبروتوكولات الطبية.

• رعاية المسنين: (الطبيب العام) تقديم رعاية طبية شاملة لكبار السن وإدارة الحالات المزمنة ضمن إطار الرعاية المنزلية بكل دقة وتفانٍ.

• التميز التمريضي: (تمريض الأسنان) تقديم الدعم الفني خلال إجراءات الأسنان المعقدة وضمان الحفاظ على بيئة معقمة وتقديم الرعاية للمرضى قبل وبعد العلاج.

• نزاهة البيانات: (الترميز الطبي) استخدام الخبرة المحلية لتحويل الإجراءات الطبية إلى رموز دقيقة، وضمان الامتثال للوائح الصحية ومعايير التأمين في الكويت.

• دقة التشخيص: (مسجلي المختبر) الإشراف على التحاليل الكيميائية والميكروبيولوجية المعقدة لدعم اتخاذ القرارات السريرية في كافة أقسام المستشفى.

المتطلبات

• المؤهل والترخيص: درجة طبية مناسبة وشهادات تخصصية؛ يجب أن يكون المتقدم حاصلاً على ترخيص وزارة الصحة الكويتية أو مستوفياً لشروطه.

• الخبرة: خبرة مهنية مثبتة في المجال المطلوب؛ ويشترط وجود خبرة سابقة داخل الكويت لوظيفة الترميز الطبي.

• التخصص: يجب على الأطباء العامين إثبات خبرة محددة في رعاية المسنين أو خدمات الرعاية المنزلية.

• التواصل: مهارات تواصل استثنائية (باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية) ونهج مهني يضع مصلحة المريض أولاً.
