Job Description
- Reports directly to and communicates with the Senior Fitness Instructor or his/her instruction and input on all pertinent matters affecting the daily operation of all Sport areas.
- Practice what they teach; Experts in Health and Fitness.
- Encourage members to follow a designed fitness program.
- Design and implement exercise program for individual guests as requested.
- Assist members and guest in developing attitudes of health and well-being through fitness, sport and recreation programs.

Job Description
- To welcome arriving guests, register details for check-in, collects all charges in a professional manner upon check-out.
- Increase customer satisfaction by providing efficient, prompt, trouble free and courteous Front Office service by anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectation, in line with the hotel’s guidelines, and Radisson Blu corporate guidelines and service concepts. Maintains a clean and efficient working space at all times. Performs other clerical tasks delegated by the Service Managers.
