BMS Engineer
Key Responsibilities ( Inside Kuwait Only ):
1- Design and Implementation:
- Design and configure BMS control systems for HVAC, lighting, and other automated building functions.
- Ensure systems are integrated with other building services and meet operational requirements.
2- System Installation and Commissioning:
- Oversee or assist in the installation of BMS equipment.
- Commission and calibrate systems to ensure they meet design specifications and performance standards.
3- System Maintenance:
- Perform regular system checks, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
- Update software and firmware, ensuring all systems function effectively and efficiently.
BMS Technician (Inside Kuwait Only)
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, wire, and terminate BMS field devices (sensors, actuators, controllers, VFDs, meters).
- Perform panel wiring, cable dressing, labeling,assembly and termination.
- BMS controller installation and I/O checking.
- Support commissioning activities .↚
- Troubleshoot field issues related to wiring, communication, and device faults.
- Perform loop checking and point-to-point testing.
- Ensure installations follow approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

مهندس أنظمة إدارة المباني
المسؤوليات الرئيسية (داخل الكويت فقط):
1- التصميم والتنفيذ:
- تصميم وتكوين أنظمة التحكم في إدارة المباني (BMS) لأنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء والإضاءة ووظائف المباني الآلية الأخرى.
- ضمان تكامل الأنظمة مع خدمات المبنى الأخرى وتلبية المتطلبات التشغيلية.
2- تركيب النظام وتشغيله:
- الإشراف على تركيب معدات نظام إدارة المباني أو المساعدة فيه.
- تشغيل ومعايرة الأنظمة لضمان استيفائها لمواصفات التصميم ومعايير الأداء.
3- صيانة النظام:
- قم بإجراء فحوصات منتظمة للنظام، وتشخيص الأعطال، واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.
- قم بتحديث البرامج الثابتة والبرامج، لضمان عمل جميع الأنظمة بفعالية وكفاءة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تركيب وتوصيل وإنهاء أجهزة نظام إدارة المباني الميدانية (أجهزة الاستشعار، والمشغلات، وأجهزة التحكم، ومحركات التردد المتغير، والعدادات).
- تنفيذ أعمال توصيل الأسلاك في اللوحة، وترتيب الكابلات، ووضع العلامات، والتجميع، والإنهاء.
- تركيب وحدة تحكم نظام إدارة المباني (BMS) وفحص المدخلات والمخرجات.
- دعم أنشطة التشغيل.
- استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها في الميدان المتعلقة بالأسلاك والاتصالات وأعطال الأجهزة.
- قم بإجراء فحص الحلقة واختبار نقطة إلى نقطة.
- تأكد من أن عمليات التركيب تتبع الرسومات والمواصفات ومعايير السلامة المعتمدة.
