Marketing Executive

Job Description

• Coordinate execution of the marketing plan in accordance to the budget.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities including samples of work done, costs, achievements, competitive activity and measurement of results.
• Proactively give feedback to the Marketing Manager on tenant issues to help fine tune the tenant relationship program.
• Keep all stakeholders informed and engaged with the implementation of the marketing plan including the Centre Manager and the Centre Management team.
• Assist the Marketing Manager in implementing the marketing plan, namely events and activities in the MALL.
• Work closely across Departments to assist the Marketing Manager in the execution of marketing projects and programs.
• Generate post events/activities report, clearly demonstrating results. 

Graphic Designer

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design
• Fluent in English
• Must have excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Description

• Monitor on a daily basis the cleaning of mall public areas not limited to (staircases, front of the house, back of the house, loading docks, roofs, parking areas, waste area. etc.). Inspect for cleanliness of all areas in the mall.
• Ensure that the weekly / monthly & quarterly cleaning schedule are being implemented.
• Supervise and coordinate pest control.
• Ensure that public areas are cleaned up in emergency situations.
• Submit maintenance request to Maintenance and follow up
• Inspect for cleanliness and proper amenities.

• Monitor contractual obligations of outsourced housekeeping staff and report non-compliance issues
• Report and document any observed or known safety hazards, injuries, conditions, or unsafe practices and procedures to the cleaning manager.
• Issue supplies and equipment to cleaning contractor.
• Recommend improvements to the customer service and ensure more efficiency in operations.
• Inspect areas of the mall to determine needs for repairs or replacement of furniture or equipment and give recommendations to the cleaning manager.↚
