Senior Sales Engineer (Oil & Gas): Driving Strategic Partnerships in Kuwait’s Energy Sector

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management: Drive the sales of critical mechanical equipment, including valves, pumps, compressors, and process instrumentation.

• Strategic Networking: Cultivate and leverage professional relationships with KOC, KNPC, KIPIC, MEW, and leading international/local EPC contractors.

• Deal Execution: Lead technical and commercial negotiations to secure large-scale contracts and strategic deals.

• Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and provide technical consultations to meet client-specific project requirements.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Experience: 5 to 10 years of proven sales experience specifically within the Kuwaiti Oil & Gas sector (Essential Requirement).

• Licensure: Must possess a valid Kuwaiti driving license.

• Residency: Transferable Visa (Article 18).

• Location: Candidates must currently reside within the State of Kuwait.

• مهندس مبيعات / مهندس مبيعات أول - نفط وغاز (Sales Engineer / Sr. Sales Engineer)

المسؤوليات

• إدارة المبيعات: الإشراف على مبيعات المعدات الميكانيكية الحيوية مثل الصمامات، المضخات، الضواغط وأجهزة المعالجة.

• العلاقات الاستراتيجية: تفعيل واستدامة العلاقات المهنية مع الجهات الحكومية الكبرى (KOC, KNPC, KIPIC, MEW) والمقاولين الدوليين والمحليين (EPC).

• إغلاق الصفقات: قيادة عمليات التفاوض الفني والتجاري باحترافية لضمان إرساء المناقصات والصفقات الكبرى.

• تحليل السوق: رصد الفرص الاستثمارية الجديدة وتقديم الدعم الفني للعملاء لضمان مطابقة الحلول لمتطلبات المشاريع.

المتطلبات

• المؤهل العلمي: بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.

• الخبرة: خبرة مبيعات تتراوح من 5 إلى 10 سنوات في قطاع النفط والغاز داخل دولة الكويت حصراً (شرط أساسي).

• التنقل: امتلاك رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية المفعول.

• الإقامة: يجب أن تكون الإقامة قابلة للتحويل (مادة 18).

• الموقع: التواجد الحالي داخل دولة الكويت فقط.
