Sales Assistant Supervisor (Philippine Nationality)
Responsibilities
Systems Management: Oversee and update POS systems and dual-brand websites, ensuring seamless synchronization of stock and pricing.
Digital Operations: Manage product uploads for both Mono-Brand and Multi-Brand platforms, verifying data accuracy and inventory integrity.
Marketing & Content: Collaborate directly with the owner to create engaging social media content and brainstorm innovative ideas to boost brand visibility.
Sales Support: Actively support shop floor activities and daily sales, assisting the on-site team to maintain peak operational efficiency.
Logistics Coordination: Organize item deliveries and monitor stock levels to ensure a premium customer experience at all times.
Requirements
Professional Experience: Proven background in marketing, retail management, and professional workplace environments.
Technical Skills: Tech-savvy with the ability to manage e-commerce updates, social media growth, and POS accuracy.
Communication: Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage for customer interaction).
Adaptability: Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-traffic mall environment.
Preferred Background: Previous experience in jewelry retail is considered a valuable bonus.

المسؤوليات
إدارة الأنظمة: الإشراف على تحديث أنظمة نقاط البيع (POS) ومواقع العلامات التجارية المزدوجة، وضمان المزامنة التامة للمخزون والأسعار.
العمليات الرقمية: إدارة رفع المنتجات لكل من منصات "Mono-Brand" و "Multi-Brand"، والتحقق من دقة البيانات وسلامة المخزون.
التسويق والمحتوى: التعاون المباشر مع المالك لإنشاء محتوى جذاب لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وابتكار أفكار لتعزيز حضور العلامة التجارية.
دعم المبيعات: دعم أنشطة البيع اليومية داخل المتجر بشكل فعال، ومساعدة الفريق لضمان أعلى مستويات الكفاءة التشغيلية.
تنسيق اللوجستيات: تنظيم تسليم المنتجات ومراقبة مستويات المخزون لضمان تجربة عملاء راقية في جميع الأوقات.
المتطلبات
الخبرة المهنية: خلفية مثبتة في التسويق، إدارة التجزئة، والعمل في بيئات احترافية.
المهارات التقنية: التمكن من الأدوات التقنية وإدارة تحديثات التجارة الإلكترونية ونمو حسابات التواصل الاجتماعي ودقة أنظمة POS.
التواصل: إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة (تعتبر اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية قوية للتفاعل مع العملاء).
المرونة: القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط في بيئة المجمعات التجارية سريعة الوتيرة والمزدحمة.
ميزة إضافية: تعتبر الخبرة السابقة في مجال تجارة المجوهرات ميزة إضافية قيمة.
