WE’RE HIRING – PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Commerce
- 5+ years procurement experience in a construction environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate procurement of materials and services in line with project requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Ensure timely delivery and quality compliance of procured materials
- Monitor inventory and prepare procurement reports
- Support project teams in procurement planning and budgeting

نحن نوظف: منسق مشتريات (Procurement Coordinator)
المتطلبات:
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة أو التجارة
- خبرة 5 سنوات أو أكثر في المشتريات في بيئة الإنشاءات
- إجادة استخدام Microsoft Dynamics 365
- مهارات قوية في التنظيم والتفاوض والتواصل
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تنسيق مشتريات المواد والخدمات وفق متطلبات المشروع
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع البائعين والموردين
- ضمان التسليم في الوقت المناسب والالتزام بمعايير الجودة للمواد المشتراة
- متابعة المخزون وإعداد تقارير المشتريات
- دعم فرق المشروع في تخطيط المشتريات والميزانية
