Human Resources Business Partner
Position overview:
The HR Business Partner will lead all People and HR related practices, implementing new policies and maintaining internal HR systems and support the entire Employee Lifecyle to ensure a healthy work environment is maintained at all time across the assigned Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the management team and the HR team to implement HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives.
Provide guidance and coaching to line managers on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
Liaise with the learning and development team on all training initiatives, onboarding programs, employees’ development plans, etc.
Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
Manage the recruitment process in coordination with the talent acquisition team.
Work closely with compensation and benefits team to ensure the company's pay and benefits packages are competitive.
Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations.
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Participate in special HR projects as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
5+ years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 3 years in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
Retail fashion industry experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred.
