Job Description
● Handle PCC venue bookings and other services (E.g.: venue set-ups)
● Build relationships with clients
● Address clients’ needs and concerns efficiently and effectively
● Follow and Research clients’ business needs
● Conduct final checks at the day of the event (e.g., tables, technology) to ensure everything
meets standards
● Ensure clients adhere to contract terms & conditions
● Evaluate events through client’s feedback and make the necessary changes
● Conduct research to evaluate competition and retain clients
● Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., accounting, management) to address clients’ needs
● Manage correspondence with Management, clients and collaborators
● Ensure the inventory list and technical equipment are functional and up to date
● Handle incoming walk-in clients, phone calls, appointments and messages
● Provide monthly and annually based reports on the venues
● Proofread and edit contracts, agreements & other correspondences
● Conduct client satisfaction surveys
Skills
● Proficient in Arabic; English
● Preferably background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
● Proficient in MS Office and Excel
● A customer-oriented attitude
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills
● Problem solving attitude
● Ability to work well within a team
● Preferably BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
