Position: QC Engineer-Testing
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering. (Experience in manufacturing or switchgear assembling factory operations will be an added advantage)
Languages known: English.
Years of experience: Minimum 4-7 years.
Required Knowledge, skills and abilities:
Should have experience in
· Testing experience with Switch gear manufacturing company.
· Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet the required quality standards.
· Conduct inspections and tests on the products at various stages of production to ensure that they meet the required specifications and standards.
· Work closely with the production team to identify and resolve any issues or defects in the products and ensure that corrective actions are taken.
· Maintain accurate records of all tests and inspections conducted and report any non-conformities or deviations to the production team.
· Ensure that all testing activities are conducted in compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
· Stay up to date with new technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations on new testing equipment and techniques to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the quality control process.
· Relay configuration, programing, and panel testing
· Knowledge of FAT & SAT
· Knowledge of Siemens, Eaton, ABB etc. products.

اللغات المعروفة: الإنجليزية.
سنوات الخبرة: لا تقل عن 4-7 سنوات.
المعرفة والمهارات والقدرات المطلوبة:
يجب أن يكون لديه خبرة في
· تجربة اختبار مع شركة تصنيع معدات التبديل.
· تطوير وتنفيذ إجراءات مراقبة الجودة للتأكد من أن جميع المنتجات تلبي معايير الجودة المطلوبة.
· إجراء عمليات التفتيش والاختبارات على المنتجات في مراحل الإنتاج المختلفة للتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات والمعايير المطلوبة.
· العمل عن كثب مع فريق الإنتاج لتحديد وحل أية مشكلات أو عيوب في المنتجات والتأكد من اتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
· الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة لجميع الاختبارات وعمليات التفتيش التي يتم إجراؤها والإبلاغ عن أي عدم مطابقة أو انحرافات لفريق الإنتاج.
· التأكد من إجراء جميع أنشطة الاختبار وفقًا لمعايير ولوائح الصناعة ذات الصلة.
· مواكبة التقنيات الجديدة واتجاهات الصناعة ، وتقديم توصيات بشأن معدات وتقنيات الاختبار الجديدة لتحسين كفاءة وفعالية عملية مراقبة الجودة.
· تكوين التتابع ، والبرمجة ، واختبار اللوحة
· المعرفة بـ FAT & SAT
· المعرفة بمنتجات سيمنز ، إيتون ، ABB إلخ.
