Job Description
Sales, marketing and promoting our plants especially palm trees, citrus and grape plants to new customers, whilst maintaining existing client relationships
Explore export markets
Providing technical support to dealers and customers
Advising on soil conservation measures
Establish scheduled and supervise- Watering, fertilization and pest management.
Potting and planting of plants
Trimming and pruning of hedges, shrubs and trees with appropriate equipment as required
Installation and maintenance of irrigation systems (or) planning, supervising and managing the building of irrigation and drainage systems;
Preparing and presenting reports
Offering consultancy services
Skills
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Agriculture
3-5 years in Agriculture and sales in Gulf
Good managerial skills
Strong personality
Able to motivate employees
Good command in Arabic / English
Excellent negotiation skills
Selling skills
Product marketing strategies
Customer service
