Identifying raw material, equipment, and labor needs and managing inventories.
Developing and implementing production plans and schedules to achieve specific goals.
Managing and directing the production team and ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and policies and maintaining international standards.
Monitoring quality and ensuring the provision of high-quality products that conform to required specifications.
Providing regular reports to management on production performance, labor, raw materials, equipment, and costs.
Analyzing data and information and making necessary decisions to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
Implementing regular maintenance and repair procedures and ensuring the preservation of equipment and machinery.
Coordinating with other departments such as shipping, distribution, and storage to ensure compatibility of all factory operations.
