Operation Manager- Retails
A leading company in Kuwait is looking to hire an Operation Manager for retail.
Requirements:
• Bachelors in business administration/ Operations Management / equivalent.
• Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit
and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
• Must have a valid driving license.
• Must possess People management & Leadership skills.
Major Responsibilities:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for creating & implementing operational strategies by forecasting and developing annual sales targets for stores, developing & implementing operational policies & procedures, creating business strategies to improve performance of the store by increasing sales. Increasing customer base. expand store. traffic and optimize profitability of all stores.
Achieving financial objectives by preparing a budget, scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective measures.
Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales. Identifying, maintaining, and leveraging on the unique selling point (USP) of the stores, product, and brands.
Determining marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records
Maintaining awareness of the local competition in the industry, market trends and consumer buying behaviors; assist in formulate/amending sales plans. Determining Sales targets for assigned stores and implementing action plans for
achieving the targets, • Optimizing and overseeing the daily sales operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Developing business strategies to raise the customers' pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
