Interior Design Assistant
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Interior Design Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support design and execution of projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, precision, and timely delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or Product Design
2–3 years of experience in fit-out and joinery detailing, preferably within the GCC
Proven ability in drafting, detailing, and technical documentation
Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Technical Skills:
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Photoshop
Strong command of Microsoft Office applications
Solid understanding of materials, fabrication, and sourcing processes
Excellent attention to detail and design accuracy
Core Competencies:
Professional work ethic and presentation
Strong organizational and time management skills
Effective communication and problem-solving ability
Reliable, efficient, and adaptable within a team environment
Ability to coordinate confidently with clients, contractors, and suppliers
Key Responsibilities:
Provide design and administrative support to the Design Director
Assist in schematic design, concept presentations, and technical documentation
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for material selection, order placement, and follow-ups
Support furniture installations, project submissions, and styling tasks
Maintain project documentation and ensure workflow efficiency
Additional Requirements:
Valid Driving License (mandatory)
Must be based in Kuwait or willing to relocate

المؤهل: درجة أو دبلوم في العمارة، التصميم الداخلي، أو تصميم المنتجات
الخبرة: 2–3 سنوات في التنفيذ والتفصيل، ويفضل ضمن دول الخليج
المهارات الفنية:
إجادة AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop
إجادة Microsoft Office
معرفة جيدة بالمواد وعمليات التصنيع والتوريد
اللغة: إجادة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة
المهارات الأساسية: تنظيم، إدارة وقت، تواصل فعال، حل مشكلات، موثوق وكفء ضمن الفريق
المهام:
دعم مدير التصميم في العمل الإداري والفني
المساعدة في التصميم التخطيطي، العروض المفاهيمية، والوثائق الفنية
التنسيق مع الموردين والمقاولين لاختيار المواد وطلبات الشراء
دعم تركيب الأثاث، تقديم المشاريع، ومهام التزيين
الحفاظ على الوثائق وضمان كفاءة سير العمل
