Job Description:
- Visual Merchandising Strategist Develop and implement a comprehensive visual merchandising strategy that aligns with the brand's image and business goals and plan and execute visual merchandising initiatives across all store locations.
- Lead the creation of captivating merchandise displays and store layouts that attract and engage customers and ensure that displays effectively communicate product features, benefits, and promotions.
- Planogram Development collaborates with the merchandising team to create planograms that optimize product placement, traffic flow, and visual appeal Oversee the accurate execution of planograms in stores.
- Inventory Management monitors inventory levels and collaborates with inventory and purchasing teams to ensure product availability for visual displays. Coordinate stock replenishment and allocation for visual merchandising needs
- Visual Communication manage the design and installation of signage, banners, and visual communication materials and ensure that visual communication is consistent with brand messaging and guidelines.
