We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Foreman/Supervisor to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction projects and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
Supervise construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality standards are met
Manage site resources and equipment efficiently
Monitor progress and prepare reports
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman/Supervisor in Kuwait
Valid Kuwait driving license
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficient in interpreting construction drawings and specifications
Excellent problem-solving abilities

نحن نبحث عن فورمان / مشرف مدني ماهر وذوي خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا على الفور. سيكون لدى المرشح المثالي خلفية قوية في مشاريع البناء المدنية ومهارات قيادية ممتازة.
المهام الأساسية:
الإشراف على مواقع البناء وإدارتها، وضمان اكتمال المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وفي حدود الميزانية
التنسيق مع مديري المشاريع والمهندسين وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين
الإشراف على عمال البناء والمقاولين من الباطن، وضمان استيفاء معايير السلامة والجودة
إدارة موارد الموقع والمعدات بكفاءة
مراقبة التقدم وإعداد التقارير
مؤهلات:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كرئيس عمال/مشرف مدني في الكويت
رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية المفعول
مهارات القيادة والتواصل القوية
- يتقن تفسير الرسومات والمواصفات الإنشائية
قدرات ممتازة على حل المشكلات
