Senior HR Officer - Immediate Joining - Female Indian Candidate Required
Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
- Additional certification in HR is a plus.
Experience:
- 7 -10 years of professional experience in handling all areas of Human Resources which includes recruitment, staffing, payroll, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counselling.
- Excellent expertise in handling Oracle HRMS & Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent expertise in the Kuwait Labor Law.
- Excellent in handling monthly payroll, leave calculations and indemnity in coordination with banks.
- Kuwait experience is a must.
Languages:
- • Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- • Basic Arabic communication skills.
