General Accountant
Job Description
- A well-established private sector company in Al Kuwait, Kuwait is seeking a skilled and experienced General Accountant to join their finance team.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- The General Accountant will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial reports, and analyzing financial data to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and documented.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Prepare and file tax returns.
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
