1- Under writer Assistant-Motor
Responsibilities
- •Issuance of Insurance Policies, Certificates, Quotations, Endorsements, renewal policies & notices.
- •Ensure KYC (Know your customer) forms are updated.
- •Assist customers to insure their vehicle. •Obtain Civil id, Mulkia (Estimation) of the vehicle.
- •Analyze client needs and prepare quote based on manager’s approval.
- •Enter the vehicle data in the system & generate policy copy.
- •Maintain file, records and MIS.
- •Assist the surveyor, Agency manager, Resident Manager for any work assigned.
- •Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- •Save and formatting the policies and documents.
- •Distribute and receipt of comprehensive and third-party policies and attachments of the transfers to Insurance brokerage companies.
- •Attend to Brokers, clients etc. queries related to motor department.
- •Report to HOF for financial matters related to payments, reconciliation etc.
2- Paramedic
Responsibilities
- • Provide emergency medical care to all injured and sick employees in the site before admission to hospital using relevant devices/equipment
- •Give oxygen to patients/perform suction using machine as per need •Provide CPR to patient as per need
- •Dress wound using available material
- •Use stretchers in appropriate manner for transporting patient
- •Maintain first aid register as per prescribed format
- •Replenish first aid kit periodically •All activities related to Emergency medical services at a Project site

المسؤوليات
- •إصدار وثائق التأمين والشهادات والعروض والمصادقات ووثائق التجديد والإشعارات.
- • تأكد من تحديث نماذج KYC (اعرف عميلك).
- •مساعدة العملاء في تأمين مركباتهم. •الحصول على البطاقة المدنية وملكية المركبة.
- •تحليل احتياجات العميل وإعداد عرض الأسعار بناءً على موافقة المدير.
- •أدخل بيانات السيارة في النظام وأنشئ نسخة من السياسة.
- •صيانة الملفات والسجلات ونظم المعلومات الإدارية.
- •مساعدة المساح، مدير الوكالة، المدير المقيم في أي عمل يتم تعيينه.
- •إعداد التقارير الأسبوعية والشهرية.
- •حفظ وتنسيق السياسات والمستندات.
- •توزيع واستلام وثائق التأمين الشاملة والخاصة ومرفقات التحويلات لشركات الوساطة التأمينية.
- •الرد على استفسارات الوسطاء والعملاء وما إلى ذلك المتعلقة بقسم السيارات.
- • تقديم تقرير إلى قاعة المشاهير بشأن الأمور المالية المتعلقة بالمدفوعات والمقارنات وما إلى ذلك.
2- المسعف
المسؤوليات
- • تقديم الرعاية الطبية الطارئة لجميع الموظفين المصابين والمرضى في الموقع قبل دخولهم المستشفى باستخدام الأجهزة/المعدات ذات الصلة
- • إعطاء الأكسجين للمرضى/ إجراء عملية شفط باستخدام آلة حسب الحاجة. • تقديم الإنعاش القلبي الرئوي للمريض حسب الحاجة.
- •قم بتغطية الجرح باستخدام المواد المتوفرة
- •استخدم النقالات بالطريقة المناسبة لنقل المريض
- •الحفاظ على سجل الإسعافات الأولية وفقًا للتنسيق الموصوف
- • تجديد حقيبة الإسعافات الأولية بشكل دوري • جميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بخدمات الطوارئ الطبية في موقع المشروع
3- مساعد كاتب تأمين-غير متخصص في السيارات
