Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor computer networks, systems, and security parameters.
- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware, operating systems, applications, and networks.
- Log and address user support requests and troubleshoot issues.
- Assist with software installations, updates, and employee training.
- Apply and maintain coding systems for IT equipment.
- Ensure safe placement, storage, and maintenance of IT equipment and cables.
- Regularly back up records and manage data securely, including during employee departures.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any equivalent qualification
- 1-3 years’ experience at the same field.
- Language: Arabic & English
