Responsibilities:
- * Oversee all aspects of the cinema branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient daily functioning.
- * Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers, driving ticket sales and concession revenue.
- * Manage staff schedules, training, and development, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- * Develop and implement innovative marketing and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and foot traffic.
- * Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- *Analyze data and reports to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
- * Minimum of 3 years of experience in cinema management or a related field.
- * Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- * Deep knowledge of the film industry and current trends.
- * Demonstrated passion for film and exceptional customer service.
