Job Summary:
- As a Recruitment Officer specializing in healthcare, you will be in charge of attracting, screening, and choosing appropriate individuals to satisfy healthcare institutions' staffing needs.
- You will work with department heads and hiring managers to better understand their workforce needs and guarantee a seamless and productive recruitment process.
- Your job will be critical in discovering outstanding personnel, ensuring compliance, formalities, and legalities with Kuwait Ministry of Health regulations, and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Job Posting and Advertising: Create and post detailed and accurate job descriptions that reflect the requirements of each position. Manage job postings on internal and external platforms to maximize visibility and attract candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for the role. Administer pre-employment tests and assessments as required.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure recruitment processes comply with the Ministry of Health and organizational policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities. Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, HR Professional Certification is a plus.
