Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations for HVAC equipment.
- Analyze project specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with consultants, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Achieve sales targets as per business plan.
- Maintain a strong positive relationship with customers.
- Design subtle and efficient HVAC systems.
- Handle and submit all equipment lists to consultant engineers for approval.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Provide technical support during project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC Direct Sales.
- In-depth knowledge of the Kuwaiti market, consultant offices, HVAC contractors, and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Estimation Engineer
with experience in the Kuwaiti market to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for HVAC projects, ensuring that all estimates are completed on time and in accordance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC projects.
- Analyze project specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Provide technical support during project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

- تحليل مواصفات ومتطلبات المشروع.
- التعاون مع الاستشاريين والمهندسين ومديري المشاريع وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين.
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات حسب خطة العمل.
- الحفاظ على علاقة إيجابية قوية مع العملاء.
- تصميم أنظمة تكييف وتدفئة دقيقة وفعالة.
- معالجة جميع قوائم المعدات وتقديمها إلى مهندسي الاستشاريين للموافقة عليها.
- ضمان الامتثال للأنظمة والمعايير المحلية.
- تقديم الدعم الفني أثناء تنفيذ المشروع.
المؤهلات:
- - درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال المبيعات المباشرة لأنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء.
- - معرفة متعمقة بالسوق الكويتي ومكاتب الاستشارات ومقاولي التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء والأنظمة.
- مهارات قوية في التحليل وحل المشكلات.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
نحن نبحث عن مهندس تقديرات تكييف وتبريد (HVAC)
مع خبرة في السوق الكويتي للانضمام إلى فريقنا. سيكون المرشح المثالي مسؤولاً عن إعداد تقديرات دقيقة للتكاليف لمشاريع التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء، والتأكد من إكمال جميع التقديرات في الوقت المحدد ووفقًا لمعايير الشركة.
