Customer Service Agent :
Bachelor's degree /High School
1-2 years’ experience in the same industry. Freshers who have an excellent knowledge in Microsoft office tools and with strong communications Skill can also apply.
Expected to Handling customer inquiries and complaints through phone, email, live chat, or social media, Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Multi-lingual ( Preferred )
