1-Senior Product Marketing Manager, Platform
Key Responsibilities:
- Defines and communicates the unique value proposition and positioning for Deel’s platform offerings, including Deel AI, Compliance, and managed HR services
- Translates and articulates technology platform messages (i.e., administration, security, integration, etc.)
- Develops sales tools including sales scripts, presentations, and demonstration scripts and can effectively communicate solution benefits with internal sales teams and channel partners
- Supports marketing programs, campaigns and additional assets with content and messaging to drive demand
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, and communication plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (paid/events/local marketing/content/social and more) to ensure successful ongoing market presence and revenue growth.
- Leverage customer feedback to enhance product messaging and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and continuously optimize marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in b2b product marketing, preferably in the technology sector.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with HR/payroll/industry-specific software is a plus
2-Senior Product Operations Manager
What you will enjoy working on:
- Lead large-scale cross-functional projects focused on product improvement, innovation, and enhancing user experience.
- Collect, quantify, and prioritize product-related challenges for consideration by our product and engineering teams in future development.
- Seek information and contribute to the building and shaping of our product, solving conceptual problems along the way.

- Identify root causes of issues and develop effective solutions to address them.
- Design and implement complex operational systems and processes to optimize product operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product operations role working closely with product and engineering teams.
- Solid experience with integrations & APIs is an absolute must for this role
- Solid analytical skills (data driven)
- Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and a proven ability to develop a deep understanding of complex products and their various use cases.
- Proficiency in data analysis, extracting meaningful insights, and utilizing them to drive product enhancements.
- Ability to empathize with user problems, understanding pain points and needs to effectively shape product decisions.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Problem-focused and solutions-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail and a hands-on approach to getting things done.
- General technical knowledge of software development processes and systems (experience in designing and building payment systems is a significant advantage).
- Proficiency with BI tools (SQL, Looker, Snowflake, Datadog, Excel/Sheets) and excellent presentation skills.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, product-driven tech company and payroll is a huge advantage
