PURCHASING MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals.
-Source and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, prices, and payment terms.
-Manage inventory levels to ensure timely availability of materials without overstocking.
-Monitor market trends and price fluctuations to make informed purchasing decisions.
-Collaborate with the kitchen and operations teams to forecast needs and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.
-Conduct regular supplier evaluations to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
-Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising on quality.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
*Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager, preferably in the catering or food service industry. With good supplier connection in Kuwait.
*Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
*Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
*Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
*Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office.
*Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
*With own car.

مدير المشتريات
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
-تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المشتريات التي تتوافق مع أهداف الشركة.
-إنشاء علاقات مع الموردين والحفاظ عليها، والتفاوض على العقود، والأسعار، وشروط الدفع.
-إدارة مستويات المخزون لضمان توفر المواد في الوقت المناسب دون تخزين زائد.
- مراقبة اتجاهات السوق وتقلبات الأسعار لاتخاذ قرارات شراء مستنيرة.
-التعاون مع فرق المطبخ والعمليات للتنبؤ بالاحتياجات وضمان التسليم في الوقت المناسب للمنتجات عالية الجودة.
-إجراء تقييمات منتظمة للموردين لضمان الامتثال لمعايير الجودة والسلامة.
-إعداد وإدارة الميزانيات، وضمان كفاءة التكلفة دون المساومة على الجودة.
المؤهلات:
*درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو مجال ذي صلة.
*خبرة مثبتة كمدير مشتريات، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاع المطاعم أو خدمات الأغذية، مع وجود علاقات جيدة مع الموردين في الكويت.
* مهارات قوية في التفاوض وإدارة البائعين.
* قدرات تنظيمية وإدارة الوقت ممتازة.
*معرفة قواعد سلامة الغذاء ومعايير الجودة.
*إتقان برامج المشتريات و MS Office.
*القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية الضيقة.
*مع سيارة خاصة.
