Senior Human Resources Officer
Location: Kuwait
Salary Range: KWD 500 – 750 (Depending on Experience)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, handling HR and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day human resources and administrative tasks.
- Implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update the HR database with new hire information.
- Prepare employment offer letters and contracts.
- Oversee payroll, ensuring records are up-to-date.
- Process residency documents and liaise with governmental authorities.
- Track probation periods, mid/annual appraisals, and ensure timely contract renewals.
- Administer the payroll process and prepare monthly reports on absences and discrepancies.
- Conduct exit interviews, manage final settlements, and handle clearance certificates.
- Ensure company compliance with all regulatory laws and liaise with designated representatives.
- Prepare official letters, such as salary certificates, as needed by employees.
- Assist in reviewing HR policies, the staff handbook, and job descriptions for required updates.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the Direct Manager.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Kuwaiti labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in HR software systems and MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

المؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في دور مماثل، في التعامل مع العمليات الإدارية والموارد البشرية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إدارة الموارد البشرية والمهام الإدارية اليومية.
- تنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات الموارد البشرية.
- صيانة وتحديث قاعدة بيانات الموارد البشرية بمعلومات الموظفين الجدد.
- إعداد خطابات عروض العمل والعقود.
- الإشراف على رواتب الموظفين، والتأكد من تحديث السجلات.
- معالجة وثائق الإقامة والتواصل مع السلطات الحكومية.
- متابعة فترات الاختبار والتقييمات النصفية/السنوية وضمان تجديد العقود في الوقت المناسب.
- إدارة عملية الرواتب وإعداد التقارير الشهرية عن الغيابات والتناقضات.
- إجراء مقابلات الخروج، وإدارة التسويات النهائية، ومعالجة شهادات المخالصة.
- ضمان امتثال الشركة لجميع القوانين التنظيمية والتواصل مع الممثلين المعينين.
- إعداد الخطابات الرسمية مثل شهادات الرواتب حسب احتياجات الموظفين.
- المساعدة في مراجعة سياسات الموارد البشرية، ودليل الموظفين، وأوصاف الوظائف للحصول على التحديثات المطلوبة.
- أداء أي مهام إضافية يتم تعيينها من قبل المدير المباشر.
المهارات المفضلة:
- معرفة قوية بقوانين العمل الكويتية والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
- إجادة برامج إدارة الموارد البشرية وبرنامج MS Excel.
- مهارات تنظيمية وتواصلية ممتازة.
- القدرة على إدارة المهام المتعددة وتحديد الأولويات بشكل فعال.
