Emergency Medicine Physician
Job Description
- 24-hour coverage of definitive care in the emergency department
- Team leader in the emergency department shift ensuring KPIs are met e.g. triage to consultation time
- Clinical assessment and management of all ED patients
- Supervises bed management of the ED e.g. down/upgrading of cases, and transfer in and out of the department
- Lead resuscitation cases in code blue
- Leads and management of disaster code
- Gives online directives to EMS on shift
- May be assigned partial administrative roles such as writing policies, and teaching nurses
- Enhancement of the patient journey in the emergency department
- Advocate for ED patient health
- Attends monthly intradepartmental meetings.
- Supports nursing staff during the shift to enhancing patient care.
- Meticulous documentation of patient MR and insurance documents.
Education/Qualifications/Training:
- MBBS in Emergency medicine
- Post or Master's Degree in Emergency Medicine
- Minimum Three (3) years of experience
- Bilingual

المسمى الوظيفي
- تغطية على مدار 24 ساعة للرعاية النهائية في قسم الطوارئ
- قائد الفريق في قسم الطوارئ يضمن تلبية مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية مثل الفرز إلى وقت الاستشارة
- التقييم السريري وإدارة جميع مرضى قسم الطوارئ
- يشرف على إدارة أسرة قسم الطوارئ، على سبيل المثال خفض عدد الحالات أو ترقيتها، ونقلها إلى القسم وخارجه
- حالات الإنعاش الرصاصية في الكود الأزرق
- القيادة وإدارة رمز الكوارث
- يعطي توجيهات عبر الإنترنت إلى خدمات الطوارئ الطبية أثناء المناوبة
- قد يتم تكليفهم بأدوار إدارية جزئية مثل كتابة السياسات وتدريس الممرضات
- تحسين رحلة المريض في قسم الطوارئ
- الدفاع عن صحة مرضى قسم الطوارئ
- يحضر الاجتماعات الشهرية داخل الأقسام.
- يدعم طاقم التمريض أثناء فترة العمل لتحسين رعاية المرضى.
- توثيق دقيق لصور الرنين المغناطيسي للمريض ووثائق التأمين.
التعليم/المؤهلات/التدريب:
- بكالوريوس الطب والجراحة في طب الطوارئ
- درجة الماجستير أو ما بعد التخرج في طب الطوارئ
- الحد الأدنى ثلاث (3) سنوات من الخبرة
- ثنائي اللغة
