Job Responsibilities:
- Create and manage effective plans to promote our products, boost our brand, and customize campaigns for target audiences.
- Work with other teams to align strategies for maximum impact.
- Ensure cost-effective marketing and sales activities within budgets to maximize returns.
- Use data insights to adapt campaigns and stay competitive.
- Build long-term client connections by understanding their needs and providing utmost value.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience of 2-5 years in a Sales and Marketing role in Kuwait.
- A proven track record of implementing successful marketing strategies within the IT and Autoparts industry.
- Good knowledge of SEO, SEM, Content strategy, offline and online marketing strategies, community marketing etc.
- Excellent Communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Location – Kuwait City

مسؤوليات الوظيفة:
- إنشاء وإدارة خطط فعالة للترويج لمنتجاتنا وتعزيز علامتنا التجارية وتخصيص الحملات للجمهور المستهدف.
- العمل مع فرق أخرى لمواءمة الاستراتيجيات لتحقيق أقصى قدر من التأثير.
- ضمان أنشطة التسويق والمبيعات الفعالة من حيث التكلفة ضمن الميزانيات لتحقيق أقصى قدر من العائدات.
- استخدم رؤى البيانات لتكييف الحملات والحفاظ على القدرة التنافسية.
- بناء علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء من خلال فهم احتياجاتهم وتقديم أقصى قيمة لهم.
متطلبات:
- - خبرة عمل مثبتة لمدة تتراوح من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال المبيعات والتسويق في الكويت.
- سجل حافل في تنفيذ استراتيجيات التسويق الناجحة في صناعة تكنولوجيا المعلومات وقطع غيار السيارات.
- معرفة جيدة بمحركات البحث والتسويق عبر محركات البحث واستراتيجية المحتوى واستراتيجيات التسويق عبر الإنترنت وخارجها والتسويق المجتمعي وما إلى ذلك.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
- القدرة على التكيف في البيئات سريعة الوتيرة.
