Job Posting: Gypsum and GRC Mold Carpenter
Are you a skilled carpenter with a passion for precision and quality?
We are seeking a talented Gypsum and GRC Mold Carpenter to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in designing, constructing, and maintaining molds used for gypsum and GRC casting.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine mold requirements.
- Prepare molds by cutting, assembling, and ensuring precision.
- Monitor the casting process and maintain mold quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on molds.
- Adhere to safety standards and ensure quality standards are met.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in mold carpentry, especially gypsum and GRC casting.
- Strong mathematical skills, including geometry.
- Ability to read and understand technical blueprints.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Knowledge of various types of wood and materials.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work as a team and under pressure.

نحن نبحث عن نجار موهوب في مجال صب الجبس والخرسانة المسلحة بالألياف الزجاجية للانضمام إلى فريقنا الديناميكي. بصفتك عضوًا رئيسيًا في فريق البناء لدينا، ستلعب دورًا حيويًا في تصميم وبناء وصيانة القوالب المستخدمة في صب الجبس والخرسانة المسلحة بالألياف الزجاجية.
المسؤوليات:
- قراءة وتفسير المخططات لتحديد متطلبات القالب.
- تحضير القوالب عن طريق القطع والتجميع والتأكد من الدقة.
- مراقبة عملية الصب والحفاظ على جودة القالب.
- إجراء الصيانة الروتينية والإصلاحات على القوالب.
- الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والتأكد من استيفاء معايير الجودة.
المؤهلات:
- خبرة سابقة في أعمال النجارة والقوالب وخاصة صب الجبس والـGRC.
- مهارات قوية في الرياضيات، بما في ذلك الهندسة.
- القدرة على قراءة وفهم المخططات الفنية.
- الكفاءة في استخدام الأدوات اليدوية والآلية.
- معرفة أنواع الخشب والمواد المختلفة.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والدقة.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحت الضغط.
