Facade Design Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative and attractive designs for both interior and exterior facades.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality execution of designs.
- Provide design solutions that meet client needs and specifications.
- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using appropriate design software.
Preferred Candidate:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in facade and interior design.
- Experience working on residential projects in Kuwait or the Gulf region.
- Strong technical skills in 2D and 3D drafting using software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Lumion.
- Expertise in rendering software for high-quality visualizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A valid Kuwaiti driving license.
Skills:
- Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and related tools.
- Comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of materials and finishes used in facade and interior design.
- Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Expertise in creating detailed drawings and 3D models.
- Creative and artistic abilities with a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to envision and develop innovative design solutions.
- Problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze project requirements and provide effective design solutions.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends, materials, and technologies in facade and interior design.
- Ability to select appropriate materials and finishes for different design projects.
- Skilled in understanding and transforming client needs and preferences into design solutions.
- Proficient in recommending suitable materials based on project requirements.
Pay: KD350.000 - KD450.000 per month

المرشح المفضل:
- 1 إلى 3 سنوات من الخبرة في تصميم الواجهات والتصميم الداخلي.
- - خبرة العمل في المشاريع السكنية في الكويت أو منطقة الخليج.
- مهارات تقنية قوية في الرسم ثنائي الأبعاد وثلاثي الأبعاد باستخدام برامج مثل AutoCAD و3ds Max وSketchUp وLumion.
- خبرة في تقديم البرامج لتصورات عالية الجودة.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
- مستوى عال من التنظيم والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل فعال في بيئة الفريق.
- رخصة قيادة كويتية صالحة.
مهارات:
- الكفاءة في برامج التصميم بما في ذلك AutoCAD و3ds Max وSketchUp والأدوات ذات الصلة.
