Social Media Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement social media strategies that align with the company's marketing goals and objectives.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media channels, including text, images, videos, and infographics. Ensure content is aligned with brand voice and style.
- Platform Management: Manage and optimize the company’s presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels for customer interactions, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the community to build brand loyalty.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and collaborations, to drive engagement and increase brand awareness.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights on campaign effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure strategies are current and effective.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure social media content is consistent with overall marketing efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to create visually appealing content and understand basic design principles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
- Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail.
Pay: KD450.000 - KD500.000 per month

- إنشاء المحتوى: قم بتطوير محتوى جذاب لقنوات التواصل الاجتماعي، بما في ذلك النصوص والصور ومقاطع الفيديو والرسوم البيانية. تأكد من أن المحتوى يتماشى مع صوت العلامة التجارية وأسلوبها.
- إدارة المنصة: إدارة وتحسين تواجد الشركة على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي مثل فيسبوك، تويتر، انستجرام، لينكدإن، تيك توك وغيرها.
- المشاركة المجتمعية: مراقبة قنوات التواصل الاجتماعي للتفاعل مع العملاء، والرد على التعليقات والرسائل، والتفاعل مع المجتمع لبناء ولاء العلامة التجارية.
- تنفيذ الحملة: تخطيط وتنفيذ الحملات على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، بما في ذلك العروض الترويجية والمسابقات والتعاون، لتعزيز المشاركة وزيادة الوعي بالعلامة التجارية.
- التحليلات وإعداد التقارير: تتبع وتحليل مقاييس أداء وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وإنشاء التقارير، وتقديم رؤى حول فعالية الحملة ومجالات التحسين.

المؤهلات:
- - درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو الاتصالات أو مجال ذي صلة، أو خبرة معادلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في مجال التسويق عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي أو دور مماثل.
- معرفة قوية بمنصات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والأدوات والتحليلات.
- مهارات ممتازة في الكتابة والتحرير والتواصل.
- القدرة على إنشاء محتوى جذاب بصريًا وفهم مبادئ التصميم الأساسية.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية مع القدرة على تفسير البيانات واتخاذ القرارات القائمة على البيانات.
- تعتبر الخبرة في أدوات إدارة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي (على سبيل المثال، Hootsuite، Buffer) ميزة إضافية.
- التفكير الإبداعي مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
