We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join our team in the industrial sector. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in financial management within a manufacturing or industrial environment ONLY FROM INSIDE KUWAIT .
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with local regulations.
2. Prepare financial statements, budgets, and reports.
3. Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations.
4. Manage cash flow, forecasting, and financial planning.
5. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Financial Manager in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
2. Strong understanding of financial regulations and procedures.
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
4. Proficiency in financial software and systems.
5. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or professional certifications are a plus).
6. Preferred Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Experience with ERP systems.
7. A valid Kuwaiti driving license and a car.

نحن نبحث عن مدير مالي ذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا في القطاع الصناعي. يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح المثالي خلفية قوية في الإدارة المالية داخل بيئة التصنيع أو الصناعة فقط من داخل الكويت.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
1. الإشراف على العمليات المالية والتأكد من الامتثال للوائح المحلية.
2. إعداد البيانات المالية والميزانيات والتقارير.
3. تحليل الأداء المالي وتقديم التوصيات الاستراتيجية.
4. إدارة التدفق النقدي والتنبؤ والتخطيط المالي.
5. التنسيق مع المراجعين الخارجيين والهيئات التنظيمية.
متطلبات:
1. خبرة مثبتة كمدير مالي في القطاع الصناعي أو التصنيعي.
2. فهم قوي للوائح والإجراءات المالية.
3. مهارات ممتازة في القيادة والتواصل.
4. الكفاءة في استخدام البرامج والأنظمة المالية.
5. درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة (درجة الماجستير أو الشهادات المهنية تعتبر ميزة إضافية).
6. الخبرة المفضلة: 5 سنوات على الأقل في دور مماثل.
7. مهارات قوية في التحليل وحل المشكلات.
8. الخبرة في أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات.
7. رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية المفعول وسيارة.
