**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with our key partner to streamline and enhance service levels.
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding of drivers, ensuring a high standard of professionalism and service.
- Oversee fleet acquisition, maintenance, and tracking, ensuring vehicles are always ready for deployment.
- Implement and monitor operational processes using cutting-edge tracking technology to maintain efficiency.
- Manage relationships with external vendors for vehicle procurement and servicing.
- Continuously improve operational workflows and solve logistical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in operations or logistics management.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, particularly with remote teams.
- Experience with fleet management and vehicle maintenance.
- Proficient in using tracking and operational applications.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- الإشراف على اقتناء الأسطول، والصيانة، والتتبع، والتأكد من أن المركبات جاهزة دائمًا للنشر.
- تنفيذ ومراقبة العمليات التشغيلية باستخدام أحدث تقنيات التتبع للحفاظ على الكفاءة.
- إدارة العلاقات مع البائعين الخارجيين لشراء المركبات وصيانتها.
- تحسين سير العمل التشغيلي بشكل مستمر وحل التحديات اللوجستية في بيئة سريعة الخطى.
**متطلبات:**
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة العمليات أو الخدمات اللوجستية.
- مهارات قوية في القيادة وبناء الفريق، وخاصة مع الفرق عن بعد.
- خبرة في إدارة الأسطول وصيانة المركبات.
- إجادة استخدام تطبيقات التتبع والتشغيل.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وحل المشكلات.
