Internal Audit Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing internal audits based on established audit programs
- Prepare audit work papers and documentation to support findings and recommendations
- Assist in the development of audit reports and presentations for management
- Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure timely implementation and resolution
- Carry out a full audit and access risk and take the necessary risk management steps to predict fraud
- Prepare and present reports that clearly reflect the audit results
- Obtain, analyze, and evaluate accounting documentation, reports and data
- Study and inspect budgets, balance sheets and other related financial records and statements
- Check & verify if accounting books & records to align with best practices and corporate guidelines
- Update the different departments on the audit findings and how to improve audit process
- May be required to work for longer hours during audit periods to meet the deadlines
- Analyze audit reports to find out ways how the organization can make more profits and reduce loss
- Supervise, train, and mentor staff on audit processes and access the performance of staff
- Conduct risk assessments and also prepare risk registers for the organization
- Evaluate the internal control of the organization
- Testing of controls and procedures to identify weaknesses and areas for improvement
Desired Requirements, Qualification and Experience:
- Degree in B Com/BBA – with specialization in Finance/Accounting/Auditing
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Auditing
- Knowledge of auditing processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other accounting software
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, attention to detail and good critical thinking
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proven teamwork & ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
- Excellent organizational, presentation and reporting skills
- Should be dynamic, self-motivated and possess strong analytical skills
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
- Possess a high level of professionalism, integrity, and truthfulness in all dealings
Added Advantages:
- Arabic working knowledge
- Knowledge of using ERP system or accounting software packages
- Fluency in Hindi Language
- Having work experience in the Audit sector
- Possess valid Kuwait driving license

- المساعدة في تطوير تقارير التدقيق والعروض التقديمية للإدارة
- متابعة توصيات التدقيق لضمان التنفيذ والحل في الوقت المناسب
- إجراء تدقيق كامل والوصول إلى المخاطر واتخاذ خطوات إدارة المخاطر اللازمة للتنبؤ بالاحتيال
- إعداد وتقديم التقارير التي تعكس نتائج التدقيق بشكل واضح
- الحصول على الوثائق والتقارير والبيانات المحاسبية وتحليلها وتقييمها
- دراسة وفحص الميزانيات والميزانيات العمومية وغيرها من السجلات والبيانات المالية ذات الصلة
- التحقق والتأكد من أن دفاتر وسجلات المحاسبة تتوافق مع أفضل الممارسات والمبادئ التوجيهية للشركة
- تحديث الإدارات المختلفة حول نتائج التدقيق وكيفية تحسين عملية التدقيق
- قد يُطلب منك العمل لساعات أطول خلال فترات التدقيق لتلبية المواعيد النهائية
- تحليل تقارير التدقيق لمعرفة الطرق التي يمكن للمنظمة من خلالها تحقيق المزيد من الأرباح وتقليل الخسائر
- الإشراف على الموظفين وتدريبهم وتوجيههم بشأن عمليات التدقيق والوصول إلى أداء الموظفين
- إجراء تقييمات المخاطر وإعداد سجلات المخاطر للمنظمة
- تقييم الرقابة الداخلية للمنظمة
- اختبار الضوابط والإجراءات لتحديد نقاط الضعف ومجالات التحسين
المتطلبات والمؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في التجارة/إدارة الأعمال – مع التخصص في التمويل/المحاسبة/التدقيق
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال التدقيق
- معرفة عمليات التدقيق.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين
- امتلاك مهارات متقدمة في Microsoft Word وExcel وPowerPoint وبرامج المحاسبة الأخرى
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات والاهتمام بالتفاصيل والتفكير النقدي الجيد
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية
- القدرة على العمل الجماعي والعمل مع أشخاص من خلفيات متنوعة
- مهارات ممتازة في التنظيم والعرض والتقرير
- يجب أن يكون ديناميكيًا وذو دافع ذاتي ويمتلك مهارات تحليلية قوية
- القدرة على الحفاظ على مستوى عال من السرية
- يتمتع بمستوى عال من الاحتراف والنزاهة والصدق في كافة التعاملات
