Responsibilities
- Ensure the implementation of the brand specific policies & procedures and follow up their implementation in order to achieve the department‘s objectives.
- Develops and sustains relationships with potential/existing clients by coordinating professional meetings, attending promotional events, and providing effective administrative support.
- Introduces customers to the latest products by offering samples, demonstrating their use and explaining their benefits.
- Reviews product components to assure accuracy and suitability of the product being bought by the customer.
- Provides information and advice regarding drug intakes, interactions, side effects, dosage and proper medication and storage
- Analyzes prescribing trends to monitor product demand and consumer-compliance; and to prevent excessive usage or harmful interactions.
- Responsible for ordering, purchasing, stocking/storing and handling of beauty product lines.
- Maintains records, such as customer profiles, inventories, control records, and product promotions/launching.
- Stays abreast of the latest products and techniques driven by the ever-changing fashion industry.
- Collaborates and updates self with other beauty care professionals to plan, monitor, review, and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of products and regimens, providing advice on applications and characteristics.
- Helps customers apply color cosmetics and explain how they can use them to highlight facial features.
- Keeps self-well-groomed and well-dressed well, reflecting an image that complements the product line being endorsed.
- Prepare all reports as required by the Direct Manager.
- Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager

- يقوم بتحليل اتجاهات وصف الأدوية لمراقبة الطلب على المنتجات وامتثال المستهلك؛ ومنع الاستخدام المفرط أو التفاعلات الضارة.
- المسؤول عن الطلب والشراء والتخزين والتعامل مع خطوط منتجات التجميل.
- يحافظ على السجلات، مثل ملفات تعريف العملاء، والمخزونات، وسجلات التحكم، والعروض الترويجية للمنتجات/إطلاقها.
- مواكبة أحدث المنتجات والتقنيات التي تقودها صناعة الأزياء المتغيرة باستمرار.
- يتعاون ويتواصل مع متخصصي العناية بالجمال الآخرين لتخطيط ومراقبة ومراجعة وتقييم جودة وفعالية المنتجات والأنظمة، وتقديم المشورة بشأن التطبيقات والخصائص.
- يساعد العملاء على تطبيق مستحضرات التجميل الملونة ويشرح لهم كيفية استخدامها لإبراز ملامح الوجه.
- يحافظ على مظهره الجيد وملابسه الأنيقة، مما يعكس صورة تكمل خط المنتجات الذي يتم اعتماده.
