Senior Biopharmaceutical Representative - General Medicine – KuwaitIn this key role, you will promote Amgen’s products by collaborating with partners to serve patients effectively. You will work closely with various teams, including Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Value & Access teams, to develop and implement territory plans. Additionally, you will be responsible for improving product knowledge, understanding industry trends, and ensuring customer commitments are fulfilled in a timely manner. Your work will contribute to achieving Amgen’s goals while operating within agreed budget and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management to develop territory plans and key account strategies.
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed in collaboration with your manager.
- Partner with territory teams and cross-functional teams to enhance product knowledge and achieve objectives.
- Stay informed about industry and healthcare trends, particularly in clinics, retail practices, and hospitals.
- Report customer activity through the CRM system and ensure customer profiles are updated regularly.
- Operate within agreed expense budgets while focusing on priorities.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and improve selling skills through training and self-learning.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience in a pharmaceutical sales role with a track record of success.
- Understanding of the Kuwait healthcare system and patient flow.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Transferrable residency and a valid Kuwait driving license.
- Applicants must hold an active visa for Kuwait.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or medical sciences.
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management principles.
- Experience in project management and working in diverse environments.
- Cardiovascular or cardiometabolic experience is preferred.

- تقديم تقارير نشاط العملاء من خلال نظام إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM) وتحديث ملفات العملاء بانتظام.
- العمل ضمن الميزانيات المتفق عليها مع التركيز على الأولويات.
- تطوير المعرفة بالمنتجات وتحسين مهارات البيع من خلال التدريب والتعلم الذاتي.
المؤهلات الأساسية:
- درجة البكالوريوس.
- خبرة مثبتة في مجال المبيعات في صناعة الأدوية مع سجل نجاح متميز.
- فهم لنظام الرعاية الصحية في الكويت وتدفق المرضى.
- إتقان أنظمة إدارة علاقات العملاء وبرامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس.
- مهارات اتصال كتابية وشفوية قوية باللغة الإنجليزية.
- إقامة قابلة للتحويل ورخصة قيادة سارية في الكويت.
- يجب أن يكون لدى المتقدمين تأشيرة نشطة لدولة الكويت.
المؤهلات المفضلة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في العلوم الحياتية أو العلوم الطبية.
- معرفة بمبادئ إدارة علاقات العملاء.
- خبرة في إدارة المشاريع والعمل في بيئات متنوعة.
- يفضل الخبرة في أمراض القلب أو الأيض.
