Heavy Driver
In this Heavy Driver position
- You will have to pick-up and deliver documents and packages at the service point according to established procedures, in all weather conditions.
- You will collect, sort and distribute/ securely store internal and external mail such as letters, packages, legal documents, etc. to maintain the confidentiality of correspondence and meet delivery timelines.
- You will have to drive between destinations within city or industrial area to transport and deliver mail/ parcels.
- You will check and deliver material safely to correct consignee, identify wrongly addressed mail, return to sender or re-address so that mail reaches its correct destination.
- You will draft receipts, verify orders, and collect payment for deliveries.
- You will have to operate a scanner to record shipping and package information for all documents/packages picked up or delivered.
- You will have to check loading unit and truck to ensure they meet required appearance guidelines, and technical and operational conditions.
- You will undertake preventive maintenance of the vehicle by testing various operative systems and fluids levels and perform minor in-transit repairs in case of failures.
- You will have to study traffic patterns, alternative routes, traffic regulations and driving conditions to meet time requirements.
- You will use and understand supporting route planning technology.

- سيتعين عليك استلام وتسليم المستندات والطرود في نقطة الخدمة وفقًا للإجراءات المعمول بها، وفي جميع الظروف الجوية.
- ستقوم بجمع وفرز وتوزيع/ تخزين البريد الداخلي والخارجي بشكل آمن مثل الرسائل والطرود والمستندات القانونية وما إلى ذلك للحفاظ على سرية المراسلات والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية للتسليم.
- سيتعين عليك القيادة بين الوجهات داخل المدينة أو المنطقة الصناعية لنقل وتسليم البريد/الطرود.
- ستقوم بفحص المواد وتسليمها بشكل آمن إلى المرسل إليه الصحيح، وتحديد البريد الذي يحمل عنوانًا خاطئًا، وإعادته إلى المرسل أو إعادة العنوان حتى يصل البريد إلى وجهته الصحيحة.
- ستقوم بإعداد الإيصالات والتحقق من الطلبات وجمع الدفع مقابل عمليات التسليم.
- سيتعين عليك تشغيل الماسح الضوئي لتسجيل معلومات الشحن والحزمة لجميع المستندات/الحزم التي تم استلامها أو تسليمها.
- سيتعين عليك التحقق من وحدة التحميل والشاحنة للتأكد من أنها تلبي إرشادات المظهر المطلوبة والشروط الفنية والتشغيلية.
- ستقوم بإجراء الصيانة الوقائية للمركبة عن طريق اختبار أنظمة التشغيل المختلفة ومستويات السوائل وإجراء إصلاحات بسيطة أثناء النقل في حالة حدوث أعطال.
- سيتعين عليك دراسة أنماط المرور والطرق البديلة وأنظمة المرور وظروف القيادة لتلبية متطلبات الوقت.
- سوف تستخدم وتفهم تكنولوجيا دعم تخطيط الطريق.
