Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in email communication
- Basic time and resource management abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Keen attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relevant fields
- Expertise in electrical and plumbing work
- Experience in house maintenance tasks (air conditioning, basic carpentry)
- A valid Kuwait driving license is mandatory
- Fluency in English is required
- Indian nationality preferred
- Basic knowledge of managing tools and spare parts for maintenance tasks

- قدرات أساسية في إدارة الوقت والموارد
- مهارات تنظيمية ممتازة
- اهتمام دقيق بالتفاصيل وقدرات استباقية في حل المشكلات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجالات ذات صلة
- خبرة في الأعمال الكهربائية والسباكة
- خبرة في مهام الصيانة المنزلية (تكييف الهواء، النجارة الأساسية)
- رخصة قيادة سارية في الكويت شرط أساسي
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوب
- يفضل الجنسية الهندية
- معرفة أساسية بإدارة الأدوات وقطع الغيار لمهام الصيانة
