Company Description
Genoa Plastic Industries, established in 2007, the largest premium quality food and beverages packaging production unit in Kuwait. During a short span of time, GPI registered its name as one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of rigid and flexible packing solutions in the region. Our strong commitment to our customers helped in solidifying and building long term relationships.
The company witnessed high growth rate in terms of production volumes and demand, which in return led to the expansion in our product offerings for both food and beverages. We offer a wide range of preform and cap covers for water, juice as well as dairy products. As for food packaging, we offer both flexible films and LDPE shrink film as well as printing capabilities to up to 8 colors.
Role Description
Responsible for managing the ink mixing recipes for repeat jobs.
Responsible for managing the ink and solvent stock in store.
Responsible for providing the make ready ink on machine as per printing plan.
Ensure to do online shade matching as per customer requirements or with in the tolerance.
Ensure to return the ink from machine after finished the job and should be record in system.
Ensure the minimum mixed ink stock.
Ensure to collect the master samples for new jobs for the repeat ink preparation.
Qualifications
University degree with 5 years hands-on experience in flexible packing ink matching and management.
Diploma with 7 years’ hands-on experience in flexible packing ink matching and management.
Required Skills & Competencies
In-depth knowledge of Flexo Printing ink mixing and Shade matching process.
Proficiency in the use of MS excel for reporting purposes.
Good communication skills
Baseline problem analysis and solving skills for Printing process.

وصف الدور
المسؤول عن إدارة وصفات خلط الحبر للمهام المتكررة.
المسؤول عن إدارة مخزون الحبر والمذيبات في المتجر.
المسؤول عن توفير الحبر الجاهز على الجهاز وفقًا لخطة الطباعة.
تأكد من القيام بمطابقة الظل عبر الإنترنت وفقًا لمتطلبات العميل أو ضمن التسامح.
تأكد من إرجاع الحبر من الجهاز بعد الانتهاء من المهمة ويجب تسجيل ذلك في النظام.
تأكد من وجود الحد الأدنى من مخزون الحبر المختلط.
تأكد من جمع العينات الرئيسية للأعمال الجديدة لإعداد الحبر المتكرر.
المؤهلات
درجة جامعية مع 5 سنوات من الخبرة العملية في مجال مطابقة وإدارة أحبار التعبئة والتغليف المرنة.
دبلوم مع 7 سنوات من الخبرة العملية في مطابقة وإدارة أحبار التغليف المرنة.
المهارات والكفاءات المطلوبة
معرفة متعمقة في عملية خلط أحبار الطباعة الفليكسو ومطابقة الظلال.
الكفاءة في استخدام برنامج إكسل لأغراض إعداد التقارير.
مهارات التواصل الجيدة
المهارات الأساسية لتحليل المشكلات وحلها في عملية الطباعة.
