Operational Support
Job Description
As a professional services consultant you will be responsible for the implementation and support of various products in NCR Atleos portfolio. You will be working with a team of talented individuals with multiple years of experience in banking and self – service industry. You will be required to visit customers, visit branches for ATM Image deployments, Troubleshooting, patching and work closely with their IT and Business teams to ensure timely delivery as well as exceptional level of support.
Basic Qualifications
Degree in computer science, information technology or relevant fields
5 – 10 years’ experience in IT industry
Experience working within self-service environments.
Experience in banking
Experience with Windows based systems to understand concepts like building gold images, patch updates, system drivers, diagnostics, logs reading etc)
Client Relationship Management
Understanding of API services.
Experience with PowerShell.
Good knowledge of web technologies
Good knowledge of databases
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently with limited management supervision.
Fluency in English – written and verbal.

بصفتك مستشارًا للخدمات المهنية، ستكون مسؤولاً عن تنفيذ ودعم العديد من المنتجات في مجموعة NCR Atleos. ستعمل مع فريق من الأفراد الموهوبين الذين يتمتعون بخبرة لسنوات عديدة في مجال الخدمات المصرفية والخدمات الذاتية. سيُطلب منك زيارة العملاء وزيارة الفروع لنشر صور أجهزة الصراف الآلي واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وتصحيحها والعمل عن كثب مع فرق تكنولوجيا المعلومات والأعمال الخاصة بهم لضمان التسليم في الوقت المناسب بالإضافة إلى مستوى استثنائي من الدعم.
المؤهلات الأساسية
درجة جامعية في علوم الكمبيوتر أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو المجالات ذات الصلة
- خبرة من 5 إلى 10 سنوات في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات
خبرة العمل في بيئات الخدمة الذاتية.
خبرة في مجال الخدمات المصرفية
الخبرة في أنظمة التشغيل Windows لفهم المفاهيم مثل بناء الصور الذهبية وتحديثات التصحيح وبرامج تشغيل النظام والتشخيصات وقراءة السجلات وما إلى ذلك)
إدارة علاقات العملاء
فهم خدمات API.
خبرة مع PowerShell.
معرفة جيدة بتقنيات الويب
معرفة جيدة بقواعد البيانات
مهارات ممتازة في التعامل والتواصل
مهارات ممتازة في التحليل وحل المشكلات.
- الموقف الاستباقي والقدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل مع إشراف إداري محدود.
إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية - كتابيًا وشفهيًا.
