Chief Accountant
Key Responsibilities:
Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role e.g. Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Ledger, forecasting, budgeting etc.
Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations.
Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting.
Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries.
Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams.
Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
Supporting Finance Manager in ensuring that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy
Consultative with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives
Manage and oversee the entire accounting team.
Maintain compliance with all state regulations.
Uphold the excellent reputation of the firm.
Maintain constant communication with state agencies, and clients.
Keep highly organized and updated client files.
Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals.
Report directly to the Finance Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as a Chief Accountant or similar role, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
Experience with ERPSYS Dynamics 365.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Excellent in English (reading, speaking, and writing).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

إجراء توقعات تكاليف المشروع/الميزانيات، وتتبع التكاليف، والمراقبة والضوابط.
المسؤول عن إعداد البيانات المالية الموحدة الشهرية في الوقت المناسب، والمدفوعات، وتقارير إدارة التدفق النقدي.
مراجعة واعتماد قسائم الدفع والقيود اليومية.
إجراء توقعات التدفق النقدي والميزانية والعمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق العمليات والمشروع.
تطوير وصيانة الرقابة الداخلية ونظام المحاسبة الفعال والسياسات الخاصة بالمؤسسة.
دعم مدير التمويل في ضمان أن تكون تخصيصات التكاليف بين الشركات متوافقة مع اتفاقيات الإدارة وسياسة تسعير التحويل
التشاور مع الإدارات المعنية بشأن مبادرات خفض التكاليف
إدارة والإشراف على فريق المحاسبة بأكمله.
الحفاظ على الامتثال لجميع اللوائح الحكومية.
الحفاظ على السمعة الممتازة للشركة.
الحفاظ على التواصل المستمر مع أجهزة الدولة والعملاء.
الحفاظ على ملفات العملاء منظمة ومحدثة بشكل كبير.
العمل بشكل تعاوني مع فرق أخرى لتحقيق الأهداف المشتركة.
رفع التقارير مباشرة إلى مدير المالية.
متطلبات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة مثبتة كمحاسب رئيسي أو دور مماثل، مع ما لا يقل عن 10 سنوات من الخبرة في المحاسبة والإدارة المالية.
فهم قوي لمبادئ المحاسبة والمعايير واللوائح.
خبرة في استخدام ERPSYS Dynamics 365.
مهارات ممتازة في القيادة وإدارة الفريق.
مهارات تحليلية وكمية قوية.
ممتاز في اللغة الإنجليزية (قراءة وتحدثًا وكتابة).
مهارات ممتازة في التواصل اللفظي والكتابي.
