Position: Senior Accountant

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: KD300.000 - KD450.000 per month
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in overseeing financial operations, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting the overall financial health of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and documentation.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities.
- Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company policies.
- Liaise with external auditors for annual audits and financial reviews.
- Oversee and mentor junior accounting staff.
- Handle reconciliations of bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of Kuwaiti tax laws and financial regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred).
Visa Requirements:
Candidate must have a Transferrable Visa 18.

نبحث عن محاسب أول ذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا في الكويت. يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح المثالي خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المحاسبة والإدارة المالية. سيلعب المحاسب الأول دوراً رئيسياً في الإشراف على العمليات المالية، إعداد التقارير، ضمان الامتثال للوائح المحلية، ودعم الصحة المالية العامة للشركة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إدارة العمليات المحاسبية اليومية، بما في ذلك حسابات الدفع، حسابات القبض، والدفاتر العامة.
- إعداد البيانات والتقارير المالية وفقاً لمعايير المحاسبة.
- ضمان دقة واكتمال البيانات والمستندات المالية.
- تنفيذ أنشطة الإغلاق الشهري والربع سنوي والسنوي.
- إجراء التحليل المالي، والتوقعات، وإعداد الميزانيات.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح الضرائب المحلية وسياسات الشركة.
- التنسيق مع المدققين الخارجيين لإجراء التدقيقات السنوية والمراجعات المالية.
- الإشراف على وتوجيه موظفي المحاسبة المبتدئين.
- التعامل مع تسويات كشف الحسابات البنكية، معاملات بطاقات الائتمان، والسجلات المالية الأخرى.
المتطلبات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة، المالية، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المحاسبة أو المالية.
- معرفة قوية بقوانين الضرائب الكويتية واللوائح المالية.
- إجادة استخدام برامج المحاسبة وتطبيقات MS Office (خصوصاً Excel).
- مهارات تحليلية ممتازة واهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- مهارات تنظيم وإدارة الوقت قوية.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وضمن فريق.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية (يفضل).
متطلبات التأشيرة:
يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح تأشيرة قابلة للتحويل (Visa 18).
