The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory control, streamline stock management processes, and work closely with different departments to optimize operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of lighting products, fixtures, and components to maintain optimal stock.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely stock replenishment, avoiding overstock and shortages.
- Analyze inventory trends and forecast demand to improve inventory management practices.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare detailed inventory reports, focusing on metrics like turnover and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to align inventory with business needs.
- Use inventory management software to track stock levels, manage orders, and oversee shipments.
- Receive, unpack, label, and restock items as needed.
Daily Tasks:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
- Process purchase orders and handle shipments.
- Resolve inventory-related issues with suppliers and internal teams.
- Monitor inventory turnover and suggest process improvements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to match inventory with sales forecasts and customer demand.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient product handling and storage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in inventory control, preferably in the lighting or manufacturing industries.

- مراقبة معدلات دوران المخزون وتحديد الفرص لتحسين العمليات.
- التعاون مع فريق المبيعات لمواءمة المخزون مع توقعات المبيعات والأنشطة الترويجية.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع فريق المستودع لضمان التعامل الفعال مع المنتجات وتخزينها.
المؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
