Aluminium Factory Hiring Production Manager
We are hiring a Male Indian Production Manager for an Aluminium Factory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Planning and Execution:
- Develop production plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery of aluminum products while optimizing resources.
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and maintenance teams to streamline production workflows and minimize downtime.
- Quality Assurance and Control:
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures to uphold product quality standards and meet customer specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements in production operations.
- Lead initiatives to reduce waste, improve yield, and enhance overall operational performance.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Supervise and mentor production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement among production teams.
- Health and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures to mitigate risks and prevent accidents.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage production budgets, monitoring expenses, and resource utilization.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to achieve budgetary targets.
- Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of raw materials and finished goods.
- Optimize inventory control processes to minimize waste and inventory holding costs.

- التنسيق مع سلسلة التوريد، واللوجستيات، وفرق الصيانة لتبسيط تدفقات الإنتاج وتقليل التوقف.
- ضمان الجودة والمراقبة:
