- Job Location Kuwait (Home Station)
- Communications equipment and services.
- Troubleshooting VSAT, LAN, and WLAN hardware using test instruments and diagnostic tools.
- Preparing VSAT, and baseband equipment for installation by inventorying, testing, or modifying equipment as required.
- Program and configure routers, switches, and ASA's
- Cabling assemblies and associated VSAT and LAN devices IAW established standards and Government-articulated design, fabrication, and installation specifications.
- Candidate shall support the execution and evaluation of VSAT, LAN and WLAN and related equipment and technologies during its use in operational theaters.
- Candidate shall coordinate the introduction of Internet cafe related technologies and equipment with various operational commands and/or Agencies and their supporting organizations.
- Candidate shall facilitate the distribution, deployment, installation, training, and preventive maintenance of Internet cafe equipment in each operational theater working with DISA, operational commands, and other as necessary.
- Candidate will be required to work 72 hours per week.
- Candidate shall be on call to provide 24x7 onsite support to operational forces conducting real world operations.
- Shall develop formal practices and procedures for the operational fielding of Internet cafe sponsored technologies.
- An active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance
- Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required.
- Appropriate technical certifications and experience with ISP/OSP cabling, VSAT, Cisco routing and firewall technology, IP fundamentals, and desktop & peripheral technologies.
- Have the ability to travel throughout the region as needed.

- إعداد أجهزة VSAT ومعدات النطاق الأساسي للتثبيت من خلال جرد المعدات أو اختبارها أو تعديلها حسب الحاجة.
- برمجة وتكوين أجهزة التوجيه والمفاتيح وأجهزة ASA
- تجميعات الكابلات وأجهزة VSAT وLAN المرتبطة بها تتوافق مع المعايير التي وضعتها IAW ومواصفات التصميم والتصنيع والتركيب التي أقرتها الحكومة.
- يجب على المرشح دعم تنفيذ وتقييم VSAT وLAN وWLAN والمعدات والتقنيات ذات الصلة أثناء استخدامها في المسارح التشغيلية.
- يجب على المرشح تنسيق إدخال التقنيات والمعدات المتعلقة بمقهى الإنترنت مع مختلف القيادات التشغيلية و/أو الوكالات والمنظمات الداعمة لها.
- يجب على المرشح تسهيل توزيع ونشر وتثبيت وتدريب وصيانة معدات مقهى الإنترنت في كل مسرح عملياتي بالعمل مع وكالة أنظمة الدفاع الدفاعي (ديفانس)، والأوامر التشغيلية، وغيرها حسب الضرورة.
- يجب على المرشح العمل 72 ساعة في الأسبوع.
- يجب أن يكون المرشح متاحًا لتقديم الدعم في الموقع على مدار الساعة طوال أيام الأسبوع للقوات التشغيلية التي تجري عمليات في العالم الحقيقي.
- يجب تطوير الممارسات والإجراءات الرسمية للتشغيل العملي لتقنيات مقاهي الإنترنت.
- تصريح سري صادر عن الحكومة الأمريكية نشط وضمن النطاق
- بسبب طبيعة العمل، يشترط الحصول على الجنسية الأمريكية.
- الشهادات الفنية المناسبة والخبرة في كابلات ISP/OSP، وVSAT، وتقنية التوجيه وجدران الحماية من Cisco، وأساسيات IP، وتقنيات سطح المكتب والأجهزة الطرفية.
- -لديه القدرة على السفر في كافة المنطقة حسب الحاجة.
